Still investigating. I have ruled out outside our sphere of influence. Seems as though mitigations I've put in place make it less likely to happen, however at about 2am we were down again for about 5 hours. It appears it's the actual web server the hangs, but the logs do not show exactly what's going on.

I get real slow response maybe every second or third time I log on. Somethings it's normal, other times slow as turtles fucking. I haven't decided whether to blame contrails or China. But thanks for being observant, banni. You the man.
