Random wonderings: If a (generous) 3% of kids get autism, and (close to) 100% of mothers take Tylenol and 90% of the kids get vaccinated, they've hardly shown a causal relationship, not really even a correlation. They could argue that we've long accepted that smoking causes lung cancer (among others) but only about 15% of smokers will actually get lung cancer. The difference, however, is that experiments have actually created cancer with tobacco smoke and there are other compelling statistics, like 80% of lung cancer is in smokers. Nothing close to that type of findings has been done for autism or any cause.

But some fool gets up and says, without citing any evidence whatsoever, that Tylenol in pregnant people causes autism and millions of people nod and their strings twitch and they're all going like, "yes the gun the gun, they both went for the gun."

And then you get Gayle King on CBS Mornings, who I generally like very much, and she's saying "oh if I were pregnant I'd feel so confused." NO, Gayle. You should be saying "if you're pregnant, listen to your doctor. If you can't trust that doctor, get another one, but pay no attention to unfounded claims by snake oil salesmen."
