You might expect a Lindsay Graham to be totally ignorant, but if you ever wondered how much of what Republicans say is somewhat real and how much is total propaganda, then consider the examples in the article of a former prosecutor and former FBI agent. No way do they misinterpret criminal procedure or Constitutional right to a trial and defense. It's just taking any opportunity to try to make Obama look bad, even if doing so makes them look like the idiots they are.
