Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Making up shit, and not even a good story at that. Suppose they really don't know that violent crime, in itself, isn't an "insurrection"? But then, I guess they wouldn't know what an insurrection is since they thought thought J6 was just tourists looking for the restrooms.
Is that what rioting arsonists were doing in Seattle, Missouri and across the country? Looking for a restroom?

Lol:

Clandestine Insurgent Rebel Clown Army (also known as CIRCA and Clown Army)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clandesti ... Clown_Army
In each city, CIRCA would put on a performance involving puppetry, origami, performance art, and video presentations that would spread their message and raise consciousness about the issues that the Clown Army was fighting against. They would also hand out organic chips to their audience, and explain that the leftover fat from the chip fryer would fuel their van to get them to the next city.[2]

..

Many confrontations occurred between police and protestors, ranging from benign to playful to even violent, in one instance where dancing clowns were baton-charged by police.[8] In another, more frivolous, instance, clowns atop a bridge convince the police to play a game of ‘Dwarfs, Wizards, and Giants’ (a variant on rock paper scissors involving teams and full body movements) with them. When both the clowns and the police chose to be wizards, they, as per the rules, called it a draw and hugged.[11]

...

CIRCA helped popularize the form of protest known as rebel clowning, which combines clowning performance art and activism

...

CIRCA utilized 'clown logic', a form of associative logic which plays upon perceived stupidity, using improvisation, spontaneity, and humour.[3] Clown logic assumes all of those around them are friends, including police trying to control them at protests.[8]

As part of the Clown Army’s satirical performance of military, the clownbattants often march in pseudo-military formation (then break out into clown chaos at any moment)[6] and perform the CIRCA Clown Salute, which involves using one’s right hand to thumb their nose, wiggling their fingers, and grinning.[3][8]
Kristi Noem is about to release a non-ironic video saying a CIRCA terror cell is operating in Portland.

A Massachusetts woman watched in despair after her car rolled into a lake after she stopped to yell at ICE agents who were arresting a migrant.https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/wat ... 57028.html

“Well, that sucks,” a man can be heard muttering in the video. “Look at that, Lucy. Her car got lost.”

For just $21.02 you could have one for your Chicago demos . . . or for freaking out your pooch on Halloween.

As O Really likes to say, Oferpetesake. You get an air compressor, they're cheap, and inflate on site. Besides, No Kings is a low key family demo. A weiner dog would be entertaining for the kids in all of us, but there won't be any facedowns with the cops. The weiner dog would be better used at that suburban ICE facility in Broadview where there's already been so much violence.

You're going downtown rather than a suburban No Kings closer to home? Cool, let us know all about it.

Cheese, it was a joke....

And yeah, I'm planning on it weather permitting. With everything happening in Chicagoland recently I think it's more important to make a big show as well as all the little ones.

This one is being held in Grant Park instead of the Daley Center. Room for lots more people. There's three more protests in Chicago neighborhoods also.

I know. Great image, though. I've just been looking for an opportunity to post, "As O Really likes to say, Oferpetesake."
AI Overview

A dog in a "weiner dog" costume is not allowed on the subway unless the dog is inside a carrier and does not annoy other passengers ...
 Not very helpful, AI.

I've not heard of anything here in Kingsport but figure on taking myself (and my johnson) to Johnson City on Saturday.

Memorial Gardens Park

You can RSVP for more details, but you don't have to. They're asking folks to wear yellow, but I don't have any yellow clothes.

 Thanks, hominy. This will save me a trip. That place is right next to my old high school football stadium. But I don't have anything yellow.
