On February 22, 2023, Mark Epstein submitted a tip to the FBI alleging that Jeffrey Epstein was murdered in his jail cell.

He claimed Epstein was killed because he was “about to name names.”

“I believe President Trump authorized his murder,” the report reads.

Filed through the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center, the tip was marked as non-emergency, with no active threat to life.

Does somebody at the DOJ want to tell me why my American Airlines booking information and flights in July 2019 are part of the Epstein files (attached to a grand jury subpoena)? As the flight itinerary includes my maiden name (and I did book this flight) why was the DOJ monitoring me?

One possible reason is that as "a journalist who has led coverage on Epstein" Julie K. Brown might have learned things that the FBI and DoJ would like to know. Maybe she wouldn't have been willing to share, but if you don't look you don't know to ask. If there really are a "million" documents that means everything was collected, no matter how irrelevant.

I watched Blanche making this announcement yesterday. What stood out to me was when he was talking about what's been redacted, which includes "matters of attorney/client privilege" so to me that means that since Blanche was trump's personal attorney in the past, any talk between the two of them with regard to anything about Epstein can therefore be withheld under that policy. Maybe I'm wrong, but it sure seems to be a way to withhold stuff trump doesn't want put out. But I guess he and Blanche could hold back anything they chose to anyway.

I don't know; that's why his statement about that made me take notice. Since I'm not an attorney, I have no idea if that privileged relationship is relevant to this. I was just thinking that since Blanche was one of trump's former personal attorneys, trump may have told him in the past something like "this Epstein stuff could really come back on me". I don't know if that in itself would qualify for attorney/client privilege, but I somehow think if trump had told Blanche that he's culpable in any sort of criminal activity in any of this, they could both deem it to be privileged information. I only bring up the idea in the context of who trump and Blanche are and how they have acted in the past. And using that same metric, I realize either of them could arrange for things not to be released. Oh, and Blanche IS a LEO now, the second most powerful in the country.
