Oil prices dropped down from a pre-market high of almost 120 to around 90 for now. Markets reacted to Trump implying this won't be a long drawn out war. Today Iran said it's mining the straits. Looks like that it is in fact going to be a drawn out conflict. One thing that old man fuckface seems to be sensitive about is the stock market numbers and gasoline prices. Both of which have been negatively impacted by the conflict.

Exactly, thanks. More recently, when Sunni ISIS briefly took over Iraq, the US devoted air power against them. However, it was the Iranians and Shia militia who did the messy and dangerous urban fighting to oust them.

After 23 years of fighting there, these are the basics that every American should understand by now.
