Yeah, I heard about that guy. He's a real cultist. I also read a few days ago that another cultist, Jeffrey Clark, is facing a disbarment hearing for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election. I'm pretty sure Jeffrey still "works" for the "Justice" department.
Trump ally Jeffrey Clark should be disbarred over 2020 election effort, DC panel says

... The D.C. Board of Professional Responsibility’s recommendation will now go to the D.C. Court of Appeals for a final decision.
Under the second Trump administration, Clark has been serving as acting head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, a part of the Office of Management and Budget that is responsible for reviewing executive branch regulations.

OMB spokesperson Rachel Cauley said in a post on X that “this latest injustice is just another chapter in the Deep State’s ongoing assault on President Trump and those who stood beside him in defense of the truth.”

“JEFF CLARK has been harassed, raided, doxed, and blacklisted simply for questioning a RIGGED election and serving President Trump,” she wrote....
 :crybaby:
“Lawyers cannot advocate for any outcome based on false statements and they certainly cannot urge others to do so,” the board’s report said. “Respondent persistently and energetically sought to do just that on an important national issue. He should be disbarred as a consequence and to send a message to the rest of the Bar and to the public that this behavior will not be tolerated.”
:thumbup: :-||
... Clark’s conflict with Justice Department superiors culminated in a contentious, hourslong meeting at the White House on Jan. 3, 2021, in which Trump openly considered installing Clark as acting attorney general, according to a Senate Judiciary report. Several officials in the Jan. 3 meeting told Trump they would resign if he put Clark in charge at the Justice Department.
Heroes. No professionals with integrity are allowed in the DonOLD2 admin*.
Another close Trump ally, Rudy Giuliani, was disbarred in Washington last year, months after he lost his law license in New York for pursuing false claims Trump made about his 2020 election loss.

Attorneys for former special counsel Jack Smith hit back at 'unfounded' watchdog probe
A government watchdog office is probing Smith's prosecutions of President Trump.

Attorneys representing former special counsel Jack Smith hit back Tuesday at reports of a recently announced watchdog investigation into his prosecutions of President Donald Trump, describing the reasoning for the probe as baseless and partisan.

"The predicate for this investigation is imaginary and unfounded," said Covington and Burling attorneys Lanny Breuer and Peter Koski in their letter to acting Office of Special Counsel Jamieson Greer, which was obtained by ABC News....

"A review of the record and procedural history demonstrates the opposite -- Mr. Smith was fiercely committed to making prosecutorial decisions based solely on the evidence, he steadfastly followed applicable Department of Justice guidelines and the Principles of Federal Prosecution, and he did not let the pending election influence his investigative or prosecutorial decision-making," Smith's attorneys wrote in response to the complaint....

Good. Clark is disgusting. I had thought he still held some sort of position at DOJ....looks like he's at OMB. Too funny how the OMB statement once again drags out the bullshit "rigged election" lie.

And I've read that lately trump has been threatening Colorado officials unless they release from prison some woman who was convicted of election law violations due to her belief in the stolen election lie. I thinnk she got something like 11 years for it. Not sure but I think the bimbo's name is Tina Peters.

Well, I guess there goes the old standard "ignorance of the law is no excuse." There is no way in hell those people didn't know what they were doing was illegal. I hope the MI attorrney general appeals.

Not to be picky, ok to be a bit picky, but it"s " ignorance of the law is no defense" not excuse. It's as if you moon your neighbor when you're drunk. You did it because you were drunk (your excuse) but you can't go to the judge and say "I'm not guilty because of drunkeness"

A fine group of lying shitbags. Nobody's phone was tapped. And their call records would not have shown up at all unless they made or received calls from that legal hack John Eastman or Jeffrey Clark or Jenna Ellis or Rudy or Bannon or Roger Stone or any of the other misfits and dipshits who tried to overturn the election. And of course I see my own Seantor Blackburn is included in this bullshit. These people now lie like trump has always done; he's shown them it's ok and actually the thing to do. Tens of millions of illegal immigrants......trillions spent on Medicaid for immigrants.....a weaponized justice system against Republicans. All lies and bullshit.

House Unanimously Passes Bill To Shut Down Senator Payday Over Jan. 6 Probe

... “This is the most self-centered, self-serving language that I have ever seen in any piece of legislation,” Rep. Austin Scott (R-Ga.) said before the vote. “There are a select few people who did the wrong thing in putting language in the bill that would make themselves individually wealthy.” ...

Yeah, poor Whack9. :(

Ford Fischer
(Emmy-Nominated primary source documentarian....)
12) J6er Jake Lang told MPD Commander Jason Bagshaw he should "be prosecuted for it, for treason, and hung, right here in front of the Capitol."

"On January 6, I stood against you with a baseball bat!" he added. "You deserve to be put down like a dead dog."

"We have the right and the duty to take care of animals like that who beat women," Lang said, prompting no reply from the officers.

"You and Michael Byrd, tie a freakin' anvil to the both of your ankles and throw you into the freakin' Potomac."

"The only solution for animals like you is public execution," Lang continued on. "Your day will come and I'll be there for it. Look left and right when you cross the street, motherf***er!"

"We don't have to curse" one person pushed back on Lang.

"We need to do more, we need to f***ing drag him out by his ankles and throw him into the Potomac."

Pardoned Capitol rioter who said Jan. 6 officer 'needs to be put down' is charged

Pardoned Jan. 6 rioter Jake Lang has been charged with making threatening statements about one of the officers he faced off with at the U.S. Capitol.

Lang was seen on camera at a Jan. 6 fifth-anniversary event this year, telling Metropolitan Police Cmdr. Jason Bagshaw that he should be “put down like a dead dog” and "hung" in front of the Capitol.

Lang was part of the brutal battle between Trump supporters and police at the Capitol's lower west tunnel on Jan. 6, 2021, which is also where Bagshaw faced down the mob that day.

Lang now faces a misdemeanor charge in D.C. Superior Court, with prosecutors alleging his statements against Bagshaw constituted threats.[/quote]
:---P
Lang, a white supremacist and pro-Trump influencer,

Of course.
was among the more than 1,500 Jan. 6 defendants Trump pardoned upon his return to office in January 2025. Lang's actions at the Capitol were extensively documented in cellphone, body camera and CCTV video. He bragged about his actions on Instagram, calling the mob "an organized unit of patriots trying to take on tyrants." ...
 Lock 'im up, see if Dementia Don pardons the LEO-hating traitor again.

Number of Pardoned Jan. 6 Rioters Who Reoffended Even Worse Than Known

At least 97 of the more than 1,500 Capitol rioters pardoned by President Donald Trump have since been arrested for, charged with, or convicted of crimes unrelated to Jan. 6.

The figure, published Thursday by the independent legal outlet Lawfare, is nearly triple the largest prior tally and amounts to nearly one in 16 of the insurrectionists swept up in the clemency order Trump, 79, signed on his first day back in office.

The crimes "run the gamut," Lawfare reports, from low-grade offenses such as trespassing and drug paraphernalia to grand larceny, stalking, plots to kill politicians and police, and fraud against the government. At least 14 pardonees have been charged with sex crimes or offenses tied to child sexual abuse material. At least six have faced domestic violence charges. At least 20 have been hit with DUI or public intoxication charges.
Lock them up!
... Andrew Taake, 37, a Houston man, had pleaded guilty to soliciting what he believed was a 15-year-old girl for sex—a charge that predated the riot. He escaped a sentence by drawing on prison-time "credit" banked while detained for bear-spraying a police officer at the Capitol, a conviction Trump then erased, the Daily Beast revealed last November. He didn't reoffend after walking free—but the clemency still spared him punishment for a separate child sex crime....
