This ruling is what I expected and I do not disagree with it. I do think any baby born in the USA should have at least parent who is citizen to have the child given citizenship. It is up to congress codify it.

And Ted Crruz isn't in much better shape....his father didn't become a US citizen until 35 years after Ted was born. In Canada. But mom was a US citizen. So Ted is half and half at best.

And invariably it was those guys who thought of themselves as smarter or better than others. And that delusion is held by trump as well. He's nothing more than an ignorant petulant child.
