Return of the Clowns
9:00 PM EDT (was delayed 15 min. for a live BB game won by Indy) ON ESPN
This documentary chronicles the extraordinary journey of the Indianapolis Clowns, once icons of Negro League baseball, now reborn for a new generation through the electric world of Banana Ball.

Were you one of those shirtless boys in the stands? The Cubs, who "overcame deficits of 7–1, 9–3" won 12-11 in the 11th.GoCubsGo wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2026 9:43 amHappy Ryno Day!

That was a couple of games ago, they've managed to lose more without Manny's help.
In my playing days I have been on both sides of those games. There is something about baseball that when a team gets hot it transfers to all players.O Really wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2026 9:59 amWorst loss in history of the franchise. They coulda used a Little League style "mercy rule." But the good thing about baseball is that a 23-3 pounding counts the same as a 1-0 and constitutes about .0061 of the season. Add up enough of those, though, and you've got yourself one game above .500 and having to play the Dodgers again.
Playoffs may be out of reach already.
