Mitch is a ghoul. He's also a hypocrite piece of shit (remember when the supreme court position opened up at the end of Obama's term, then the same exact thing happened at the end of Trump's first term and how differently his position shifted? I'll never forget his smug look when that happened).

Not only that, the president of the US frequently partakes in the most childishly disgusting behavior. He's set the tone and lowered the bar of modern political discourse. There will be a lot of pearl clutching when it finally happens, but as far as I'm concerned, Mitch McConnell deserves to be be mocked and memed to oblivion as he rots in his hospital bed and is used as a tool by others.

I just assumed J.D. was on the way over to Lindsey's place at the time and was held up in traffic because of a minor accident up the street. But I think J.D. called Lindsey to tell him he was on the way over. Lindsey died while Vance was stuck in the back of a limo. Just the idea of J.D. coming over was enough to crack the nut.
