Reports detailing Harp’s alleged behavior around Trump, 80, have been leaking out of the West Wing this week, with The New York Times reporting that some staffers are “unnerved” by the 35-year-old.

With the publication of Harp’s letters in full, Haberman told CNN’s The Source that the letters were left for Trump “in his personal spaces during the interregnum for four years.”

“The Secret Service had gotten alarmed by some of them. That was not—well, that was notable,” Haberman said

Haberman also told CNN this week that Harp is “not beloved by a lot of her colleagues” in the White House.

“Most of her colleagues have been uneasy with her for some time,” she told the network. “She is representative of how different this term is from term one, because this is the kind of aide who will just give him quick, unfiltered information, connect him to other people, is present there, and basically spends most of her waking hours trying to work for him and get him what he wants.”
