It's the middlemen (packers) that rake in the dough and mistreat their workers on beef sales. The ranchers really do struggle.

Fine with me. I know them all too well from living in Montana 30 years. My disdain has nothing to do with their income. Rather, it's about their environmental impact and generally RW politics.
If you want to achieve greatness stop asking for permission.
