As O Really says above it's the admitted intent. If MAGA has failed it's not the first time.

How anybody could believe the MAGA repugs haven't tried voter suppression when they've made their intent clear is beyond me. Sure, attempts to make voting more difficult has made a lot of people more determined to vote, and some of the suppression attempts have been smacked down in court or never made it through state legislature, but there can be no doubt they've tried proudly and hard.
