Here's an interesting article regarding the "rescue." Has pics of the people involved, and a copy of the police report. Apparently there were NO pics of the rolled-over car, and apparently "...the NewsBall can confirm that NONE of the family members have mentioned ANYTHING about a car crash on social media – & this crash happened 5 days ago, but just now being leaked to the media! NONE of their brothers & sisters have mentioned anything online about their siblings crash like “Thank god for my sister & her husband, Sadie & Matthew’s safety“. No mention whatsoever. Strange? Also, neither email address on the police report for Mark & Dana show up anywhere online, nor linked to any social media, & of course, the emails go unanswered: sadielmichelle@aol.com & gerstlem@aol.com Go ahead email them & ask them to confirm they were in this crash, why not one family member of theirs – let alone themselves – mention the incident from last week."

Sorry.

Fixed.
But I wouldn't fire up the grill yet.

I'm not convinced it's a legit event, although it's not like it's unusual to come across a wreck and help the people involved, but I've had a couple of car accidents and none of them appeared on social media or involved a photographer either. I saw a car hit a bridge once and burst into flames but could never find mention of it in any news media.

Accidents on I-4 are of course a daily occurrence, and certainly one would expect only the really serious ones to make the news. But even a minor one often causes traffic backup (particularly at travel time) because of rubberneckers. So I think the search for social media chatter on this was for (1) those associated with the accident victims; and (2) collaborating comments from those passing by or stuck in the traffic at the time of the accident. Like, Zimmerman is reported to have rescued people - nobody tweets "that was him? I saw that wreck" or nobody texts a pic to their spouse..."here's why I won't be home for a while." Or something?

I'm pretty skeptical but even if it did happen so what? It doesn't confirm nor contradict anything we already knew about him.

No, and true or not, it doesn't really matter. I'm just easily entertained on things that smell like sea lion breath.

Hashtag #ThanksGeorge

Example: "Phone was about to die until Zimmerman dove in my house at the last minute and plugged in his charger for me. #ThanksGeorge," one person tweeted.

The case turned out to be a mess on so many levels. Sure, one can find "reasonable doubt" since there's only one side of the story told. And maybe a frightened Martin did turn on Zimmerman, who he would have apparently been correct to think might be dangerous. Of course that brings up the question of, if that did occur, who was the one "standing his ground." But ultimately, a killer walks - not with vindication but with the same doubt that got him off still hanging. And in the meantime, Martin is still dead and we've got a now-court tested means of getting away with murder.

George Zimmerman pulled Chuck Norris out of a flaming vehicle. Then he crawled up a tree and rescued some damned cat. Oh, and he straightened the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
People are crazy and times are strange. I'm locked in tight, I'm out of range.
I used to care, but, things have changed.

But can he parallel park a train?

I bet he can kick the ass of the Most Interesting Man in the World. While lying on his back screaming like a girl.

Just read on yahoo news that Zimmerman's estranged wife has called the cops on George from her dad's house. She told the cops George pulled a gun on her. I would consider this great news except for the fact the the truth is evidently not in either of them. Let's just hope she stands her ground, I guess.

Funny, you never hear the expression driving while white. Maybe his wife
was not walking in a straight line and was eating a candy bar. That constitutes
a threat for Zim. All this speeding. He must think someone's on his tail.
