A follow-up on that story:
They held their first non-segregated prom. The prom dress from one of the girls is now in the new Canadian Museum for Human Rights which opened here in Winnipeg a couple months ago:

I noticed today that the staffer for the GOP representative from TN was fired today for her stupid hypocrite bitch comments. She says she "prayed" after the blowback started; she should "pray" that she somehow absorbs some intelligence and social courtesy but I suspect she'll always be a stupid bitch.
1. "Father forgive me because because they think I am a true asshole"
2. "Hail Mary full of grace, they gonna kick me outta this place"
3. "O Lord, please spite them all and let me keep my phony-baloney job."
4. "I am truly sorry for the hurt and harm I caused to innocent people in the name of political trash-talk and pray for forgiveness and a path to reparation"
Pick which prayer she used. (except 4, of course - that one is just thrown in to be ridiculous)

Bachmann and Palin together could be a critical mass of stupid. We could very well end up with a black hole of dumbass, which grows exponentially as it eats up additional dumbasses, like Louie Gohmert and Steve King and Joni Ernst and . . . well, you get the point.
People are crazy and times are strange. I'm locked in tight, I'm out of range.
I used to care, but, things have changed.
I sent an email to Congressman Jeff Duncan (R-SC) this afternoon; this is the one who petitioned the Department of Homeland Security to deport the president, since he's not really a US citizen. My message was generally loaded with questions, such as "how do dumbfucks like you ever get elected in the first place?" and I got a reply not long ago thanking me for my message. Pretty soon I'll be on his mailing list. The best part of all this is that he's not too far away to go and insult him personally.
