But “the most transparent administration in the history of our country” is now four reports behind schedule and has so far not released any reports whatsoever in 2012. Come on Oreally you are older then me and I remember as far back as the late Nixon years, I NEVER remember him going on the tube and blaming anyone, I followed Reagan pretty closely even during the bad years and he did interviews and he never blamed Carter everytime he did an interview, Bush one or two never did and either did Clinton and they did a lot more press conferences and took their lumps.
Obama started the BLAME game and now is taking his lumps for it. If he did more real PC and took his lumps the last few years he would be a shoe in.
