Actually, s/he only gives them grief in the context that they screech about "socialized medicine" and Obama being a "Kenyan Muslim Socialist" and then using benefits that otherwise would meet their definition of "socialist." If Medicare or a public option is "socialist" then government health programs covering a defined group of people would also be "socialist."
