The homophobic thread :>

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

“Steve Wiles, a Republican state Senate candidate who, like most Republicans, opposes equal rights for the LGBT community, is a teensy bit of a hypocrite. He may support North Carolina’s constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage now, but he once worked as a female impersonator at a gay nightclub in Winston-Salem, NC. According to a co-owner of the nightclub and a former employee, he was most definitely gay at the time

maybe stevie got the cure

GOP groups are going to have to start asking their candidates, "Are you now or were you ever a drag queen?"

Seems he's also sexist pig. I pity the wife and daughter he has mentioned.
By the way, I'm miles away from being a prude, but I find homerphobe's language extremely offensive.
The language is the least offensive part of him.

Are you jealous that the NC GOP has finally outweirded SC's?
Not so fast. I'm still waiting on Lindsey Graham to come clean about being a woman.

I told my parents that I'm not gay, but I'm a sympathizer.

The Bible writers wrote that. I guess you think of them as sexist pigs? You needn't pity my family, I wear the pants in my family and I'm man enough to hold them up. Sorry about your man. I pity your family, you're probably the boss hawg. Anyway, if I offend you, I apologize, but I'm not saying words any worse than what your fellow posters use. Go put on your big girl bloomers, or jeans, overalls, Red Camels, Osh Kosh, or whatever bespeaks your dominance.

Yup. It's not just homerfobe's obsession with gays. It's also his complete inability to see women as fellow human beings.

Awwww. Poor baby. Ignore me all you want. I'll still piss you off as long as you post your pro-queer shit. Vrede's riding high on keeping up with all the queer related sites and videos that deal with faggot subjects. O Really is a tag-along, arestrong, pilgrimzit-face, and the Boat-man(?) are stooges that will mimic anyone else's posted thoughts as long as they think it'll make them shine. Ya'll shine alright.

Pure bullshit. What the poster says is Let's turn America into a playground of filth and perversion. Pass ENDA? Pass the toilet paper to wipe up the residue.

From The Associated Press 4 May 2014:
----------------------------------------------------------
The first openly gay bishop in the Anglican church has announced he is divorcing his husband.

article

Gays fight for the right to marry, and then, not satisfied with that, now divorcing. Why bother?

That goes both ways. Look at all the Christians who get divorced. They fight to declare marriage a Christian thing, fight for the right to dictate to others who can marry, and then get divorced. Why bother?

I don't recall the traditional folks having to fight for the right to get married; do you?

They fight to have it considered a sacred God-given institution, to be withheld from those with different beliefs. You'd think they'd treat it with more respect themselves.

In any case, to answer your question, yes. Catholics wanting to marry Protestants for example, as recently as the 1960s. And when my mom lost her first child shortly after birth, a nun told her family and others that it was because she married a Protestant.
