I used to post a few quick comments on Topix when I was kicked out of
the old BRN forum. It was pretty nutty, but entertaining. I recall one
hilarious thread listing all the (supposed) defects of the WLOS news
team. That was a few years ago. I just went over there now for the hell
of it and dropped a few juvenile comments. I will give it this--easy as
heck to post. I think I still recognize the names of some of the nutjobs
from a few years back.

True that. But quantity isn't a particularly good measure of quality (see, for example, Topix), and disagreement isn't always the same as debate. Many if not most of those who have moved on will not be missed here and can find a comfortable home in places beyond the pale.

Ditto. I don't post anywhere else but here....feels like home. I tend to mostly respond in weird tangents to any particular topic for the most part, but will occasionally write something that makes sense. Thanks.

Several of them came here for awhile. You'll probably recognize some names if you look at our members list.

Me. Went to GOUpstate after the Greenville News forums went pay only. Left for here when that pussy-ass Times owner family shut down GOUpstate. And I'm Boatrocker everywhere I've ever posted except for that brief hour or so with the tards @ CFP.

I don't know most of those names but since they left I'll bet it wasn't because they couldn't take it, if you're talking about the differences in opinion. Anyone can have a difference in opinion, but the idea here from your #1 poster is to run someone else's opinion into the ground with his arrogance, hatefulness, name calling, and his holier than thou attitude. Yes Verde, I'm talking about you. My hate is directed towards queers, fags, murderers, child rapists, and all the other form of immoral behavior. When I post my opinions you call me a queer, something you have a great love for. Also you seem to have an affinity to direct your pissy attitude towards anyone who disagrees with your frame of mindlessness as well as to protect those vile forms of sub-humanity I mentioned with your bleeding heart bullshit. I could care less where this forum goes, but as long as you have your #1 agitator around, I'll be here to counter. I would have called him an asshole, but that would be a slur on rectums worldwide.

You just described not being able to take it. If it's just one person they couldn't take they always had the option to ignore him/her.
