We Are Legion

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

I love it! You would think the 'V' crowd would have seen through that foolishness long ago.

How easily the masses are duped......

 You got it right as stories go...yet still somehow you miss the gravity of it's context in which speaks of how one's ideals, and how because of one man's act...400 years~~
BTW~Epic fail 'Guy' is well known...stories that derive from actions of people from the past...are still remarkable...some 400 years later :|
The Movie, is of course, just that... a movie!! The movie is however is of one's perspective that saw other than you did, and displayed how those with a different perspective, apparently ignore those important elements, and portray their level of misunderstanding for others to see

Pro Tip: When you're still being burned in effigy 400 years later, they're not praising your ideals.

He's remembered not with respect, but with ridicule and scorn. The "ideals" he's known for is a religiously motivated mass murder attempt.

I saw some film the other day of the collapse of the 1940 Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Perhaps - given your perspective and attention to important elements - this is another suitable icon for Anonymous?

Don't look to me to change it...that's for you alone
The difference between one, and the other is of our own choosing... Jes sayin

Striking a blow for childishly oversimplified, one-sided perceptions
of conflicts by defacing pet shop and fashion store web sites.

You're welcome!

And....? Hamas has been storing and launching rockets from heavily populated areas, knowing full well they would draw Israeli fire. Even the US Relief and Works Agency acknowledges that Hamas has been caught at least twice in the current conflict using UN schools - where civilians seek shelter - to store rockets.

Unlike Israel, Hamas has not built bomb shelters where civilians can seek refuge. (They need not be expensive to be effective; some of Israel's shelters are nothing more than big concrete culverts placed above ground.)

Of course, that's the point. Hamas is TRYING to run up the civilian death toll, to win in public opinion where they can't win militarily.
Vrede wrote:Plus, \V/'s link doesn't even discuss the "conflict" (like Wounded Knee was a "conflict"). It just lists hacks and DDoS attacks, including an Anonymous Israel hack of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Palestine website:
So it's just random pointless vandalism. I stand corrected.
