Now if they could only teach them to drive, and not do burnouts in their tax payer owned vehicles.

I don't know now but often when PDs thump their chests like this it turns out that the drop matches the regional, state or national drop.

That wouldn't surprise me at all. I think policing is very reactive rather than proactive as it currently stands anyway.
