Quite correct......of course, here in America, those who speak against 'perversion' will have to undergo "sensitivity training" if they mention the word aloud at work, because it's 'discrimination' against those who practice perversion.

One thing though...the mayor didn't say that homosexuality wasn't perversion; he said you can't speak of it being such!
