Clinton was already into a recovery from a mild recession. How about the taxes he lowered like the cap. gains to 20% from I think 28. This is when things started to take off. The inheritance tax exemption were raised to a million and so on. You know how he actually lowered the taxes on them there Rich folk.

I'll be arriving in Rome on Nov 5th. Last year there was a bit of mayhem at an OWS sympathy protest there. So far, I've found no mention of Rome; please let me know if you see anything. We were there for the anti-Burlusconi demonstrations last year, as well as anti-Gaddafi protests another year, and I've been a bit bummed anticipating no Italian drama this year.
