Re: The Religion Thread
These song names sound like what happens when non-english speaking metal bands try to write/name their songs in English to sound cool. The lyrics are usual terrible to begin with in their native language, when they translate to English and attempt to sing they become even worse.
You aren't doing it wrong if no one knows what you are doing.

Re: The Religion Thread
I haven't really thought it through but how about these....."Melt Me at the Altar" "Too Hot for Confession" " No Soft Turd in this Weather" "The Deacon and the Snowman" "Your Donation Don't Warm Me" "No Snowmen in Hell" " Warm is Hell" "Fundamental Frozen Boogie" and that's just their first record.rstrong wrote:Getting back on topic, it doesn't sound like a good name for a Christian rock band.JTA wrote:Seven Shits of the Snowman
That's an absolutely fantastic name for a song, and someone should make a band around that alone.
Then again, I haven't heard the song titles yet.

Re: The Religion Thread
And for their encore....."New New Meth(odist) Freezeout" "Big Turd Snow God" "I Can't Breathe When You're Sitting on my Snowface" "We Got to Eat Snow Babies Before They're Born" "I Ain't Your Snowball Savior" "My Eyes of Coal Glow in Defiance" "Your Love is so Frozen it Hurts" "Frozen Turd of a Devotee"

Since I've been dubbed "Mr.B Church Lady", I suppose that leaves y'all being the Seven Shits. I can only name four shits though; Vrede, rstrong, Bannination, and Sometimes Lefty....named in order of importance, of course. Maybe the other three will step up, confess, and face the music......Vrede wrote: Church Lady and the Seven Shits

I know internet law states you're not supposed to feed the trolls, but homerfobes stuff is written in such a way that it's almost poetic. I can't really describe it or explain it, but it's just so offensive and messed up it's just hilarious. He wrote something a while back about evolution that I literally laughed out loud at. Man I need to go find it. Something about slime balls or something.Mr.B wrote:Ask Vrede...I'm sure he's on his mailing list. :violent:JTA wrote: "Homerfobe would be having a field day with you guys right now. Not to worry; no one will shun you for disparaging Homerfobe; he's a relic, a throwback, a dinosaur, a vile reminder of a bygone era. He just doesn't realize it; that's what makes him poetically pathetic.JTA wrote:I know internet law states you're not supposed to feed the trolls, but homerfobes stuff is written in such a way that it's almost poetic. Re: The Religion Thread
In a reply to Homerfobe, I found this quote by Vrede when Homerfobe inquired "where was KLOS?"
" KLOS is the "local channel 13" that you referred to. They probably say so a dozen times or more during each news report."
I'll repeat Homey's question....where is KLOS?
I'll help: 95.5 KLOS - FM 95.5 - Los Angeles, CA
and now: WLOS-TV13 - Asheville, NC
Since nobody correctly identified either...I did. Proud of me?

radio and tv stations east of the Mississippi River have call designations beginning with the letter "W" while ones west of the Mississippi have call signs beginning with the letter "K"Mr.B wrote:In a reply to Homerfobe, I found this quote by Vrede when Homerfobe inquired "where was KLOS?"
