Let's see...if I recall correctly, you said you graduated high school in 1994; that would make you somewhere about 38-40 years old; assuming you graduated at the age of 18. Counting backward, that means you were born around '76 or '77....With that logic in mind, the earth came into being because you were born. Got it.bannination wrote:"I may be mistaken, not gonna fact check myself. Yes, it's exactly that kind of religious logic!

Here's something we can all believe in; I read today that the creator of the Roadrunner / Coyote cartoons had 9 rules (commandments) that were not to be violated, ever. I don't remember them all, but one was that everything the Coyote bought was to be from "Acme" company, in spite of the company's dismal record of providing good products. Another was that the Coyote's worst enemy would always be gravity. I've been drinking and don't remember any of the others, but they were all rather good. Trust me.

Yeah, that jogged my memory; all scenes were to be set in the American Southwest. I'll go back and look the others up and report. Cheers.

In the same manner as your permanently being a whore for homosexuals? (whatever you're talking about)Vrede wrote: Okay then, your pledge to God to defend the Constitution was temporary and just you being a whore.
Since you piss and fume over my "defending the Constitution", let's take a look at that oath...
"I, _____, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
OK...whilst serving in the military, I "defended" the Constitution; I'm no longer in the military, nor have any further obligations to the same; therefore my responsibilities to "defend the Constitution" terminated on my day of release. What did you swear to defend...other than your own a*s?
As far as "enemies foreign and domestic", that very well could include...well, you know..... :gayhappy:

Roadrunner / Coyote Rules
1.The Roadrunner cannot harm the Coyote except by going "Beep Beep."
2.No outside force can harm the Coyote; only his ineptitude or the failure of the Acme products.
3. The Coyote could stop any time if he were not a fanatic.
4. No dialogue ever except "Beep Beep."
5. Roadrunner must stay on the road.
6. All action must be contained to the natural environment; the American Southwest desert.
7. All materials, tools, weapons, or mechanical conveniences must be obtained from the Acme Corporation.
8. Whenever possible make gravity the Coyote's greatest enemy.
9.The Coyote is always more humiliated than harmed by his failures.

Vrede wrote: "I'm not paid to stand up for equality and tolerance, and it's been a lifelong commitment."
Well duhh...! So why are you constantly fiddle-fartin' about the Constitution? I've not been paid to "uphold the Constitution" in almost 50 years; and the fact that you have dedicated yourself to "gays" all your life is highly unlikely...unless, of course, (gonna fantasize a moment; bear with me)...well, you know. You ain't no more dedicated yourself to homosexuals all your life any more than you've dedicated yourself to being a Bible believer.
"Gays are just the latest victims of your ilk's persecution."
Awww...now I'm gonna cry.
"You piss all over the Constitution."
So when did you get all patriotic? You've repeatedly bad-mouthed laws, ordinances, local and national leaders...but yet let someone speak against perversion and decadence, and you haul out your star-spangled soap box whining about the Constitution. Again, what did you swear to defend...other than your own a*s and some fish? You sure ran from the military.
Funny, it doesn't mention an expiration date or that it's dependent on money (which you're still getting some of, anyhow). Also, I don't remember oaths to God being temporary. Which Bible book is that in? Of course, if you were just lying when you swore that would fit.
I didn't swear an oath to God; you're confused. I swore an oath to my country and to my superiors that I would do as ordered; to defend my country, so help me God. You don't know anything about an oath to God, let alone remembering any.
I sure do - people like you whose oaths can't be trusted and who would deliberately trample on the Constitution.
"Trample" meaning not to support the rise of perversion and decadence? Sorry, you're on your own to swear your oaths of allegiance to "gays".

Re: The Religion Thread
Seems like I remember Roadrunner going off the road more than once. I think there was one time when the Coyote painted a tunnel onto a rock face and also paved a road right up to it (with Acme construction equipment) and Roadrunner knew it was fake and stepped off the road, but when Coyote came to get him, a truck came hauling ass through the fake tunnel and flattened Coyote. I could have just dreamed this, though.Vrede wrote:5. Did Roadrunner always stay on the road? I thought I remembered Rr off road, like peering over the edge of a cliff at a splattered Coyote.

Creationist Debate Stalls South Carolina State Fossil Bill
Damnit South Carolina. When 8-year-old Olivia McConnell proposed that her state, South Carolina, adopt a state fossil, she may not have expected her request to prompt a drawn-out fight with creationists in the state legislature.
...
The original text of the bill simply read: "The woolly mammoth is designated as the official state fossil of South Carolina."
In its most recent iteration, which was shot down in a vote on April 9, the bill had been amended to read as follows:
"The Columbian Mammoth, which was created on the Sixth Day with the other beasts of the field, is designated as the official State Fossil of South Carolina and must be officially referred to as the 'Columbian Mammoth', which was created on the Sixth Day with the other beasts of the field."

"I just had a notion that we ought to consider acknowledging the creator as we acknowledge one of his creations," Bryant said.
You aren't doing it wrong if no one knows what you are doing.

Vrede wrote:Not being paid makes it not "In the same manner as your" temporary whoring, idiot.
So you're saying anyone who has served, or is still serving in the military, and took the Military Oath was "whoring"? (Something about your pulling out your star-spangled soap box when someone says "queer" comes to mind.) I'm certain that those here who honorably served in the military appreciates your opinions of them.
So many of these discussions are about Mr.B prolonging a losing argument with the English language.
Whoopee...you've learned a new line! You're already sounding like a broken record.
Because I respect it and care about it (the Constitution) without an oath to God that I could renege once I stopped whoring like you.
I am right. You, the military coward, are denigrating the Military Oath and all those here who swore to it.
Half-truth, as usual. You still get VA benefits.
Which burns your jealous ass. I earned it; more than your cowardly ass can say....and I don't have to cite any oath.
We get it already, your oaths to God only count if you're being paid. No 40 pieces of silver, anything goes.
Damn, you're stupid.
So many of these discussions are about Mr.B prolonging a losing argument with the English language.
There's that echo again.....
Gays are just the latest victims of your ilk's persecution.![]()
You might as well (cry)... Just like with blacks and women, your pathetic ilk has lost again.
Lost what?
I've never bad-mouthed the Constitution you crap all over because you're so obsessed with gays.
LIAR...."whoring"? You just bad-mouthed those who swore to defend it. "Gays" is just your crutch.
So many of these discussions are about Mr.B prolonging a losing argument with the English language.
There's that echo again.....
I just defend the Constitution while saving lives and easing suffering, no need for swearing to sky fairies, especially since you prove that one can just ignore an oath to God once the money mostly stops rolling in.
A heroic legend in your own mind. So...if God is a "sky-fairy", I've nothing to worry about, huh?
(BTW..."sky-fairy" is the favorite name for God given by God-hating homosexuals)
Projection, as usual. I'm philosophically opposed to organized killing and imperialism, but I "ran" from nothing and the military never came after me like it would have you if you didn't select a cushy, safe service first.
The only thing you're "philosophically opposed" to is being a man; rather, you're a wimp who did run, and the military didn't come after you because they didn't want a wuss who glorified sexual perversion. My "cushy, safe job" wouldn't have been so "cushy-safe" had I been able to fulfill my goal. But you wouldn't know about that, you were off chasing fish and spotted owls.
In fact, my seafaring career was far more risky than your Navy career, the one that got you out of going to Vietnam when other boys were killing or being killed.
Any sea-faring job is risky. It was a job that allowed you to get out of going into military service and having a man's career.
You lie, as usual."So help me God," is also a promise to God, not just to country.
Boy...you're stupidly condescending. "So help me God" in that oath means "with God's help, I defend this oath of allegiance".
So many of these discussions are about Mr.B prolonging a losing argument with the English language.
There's that echo again.....
I sure do - people like you whose oaths can't be trusted and who would deliberately trample on the Constitution.

We get it already, neither God nor the Constitution matter as much to you as your obsession with gay sex.
We get it already, neither the Constitution or anyone else's opinions matter as much to you as your obsession with "gay" sex.
Just their rights under the Constitution that you wipe your ass with.![]()
You're hallucinating again...I've never "wiped my ass" with a "gay". Never touch the things.

Moses was a special man to God. Jacob wrestled with an angel; he thought, because of the angel's strength, he wrestled with God.
Had that been you, yes, the possibility of drugs could be considered.
