Yes, you would. If the kid had learned (whatever) early in life, you wouldn't still be trying to whip his/her ass. But if you're still trying to whip his/her ass at age, say, 17, I'd think there might be a hazard there.

BTW, do you support whipping daughter's asses the same as son's?
