I was told 3 years 5 at the most more then 14 years ago. When I went to my Dr. 2-3 years ago for some test he stared at me and looked at the results and said how in the hell do you do it.

My last cholesterol check was 141, I can't remember what my bp was, but it was low; Red Cross wouldn't take my blood donation!
