Okay, it's really a cartoon. Before he released his latest income tax return, Mittman said
something like If I paid more tax than I owe, I shouldn't be president. Of course he did
exactly that, paying more taxes for 2011 than he should have so that his tax rate wouldn't
be ever lower than 14%, perhaps even lower than the 13% he said he's never paid less
than. So I take him at his original word--he shouldn't be president.
