Yes, and not only are the allegations outrageous, but if you look at the issue of "blame" and change that to an objective question of "who was responsible for... or who took action leading to..., you find Republicans, now dominated by right-wing loons, are more likely to do things harmful to the rest of us. For example, in NC, in 2008 teacher pay was about middle of the pack. After the Republicans took over, they refused normal raises along with other things harmful to teachers and now NC teacher's pay is at the bottom and teachers are leaving like rats from a sinking ship. Republicans did that by themselves - not only without help from Dems, but over their strenuous objection. There are many other examples in many other states. "Blame" implies judgement and has a negative connotation. Don't use the term. Just ask, in the same way one might want to give praise and credit, "who did it?" The right answers that question, no matter what "it" is, with "Obama."
