"Wonder if any of that is Tax payer money" is also a statement, not a question. In the sense of legally enforced serfdom or indentured servitude, sure. You're right, They aren't. But in the real world the rest of us live in many people are "forced" to work in jobs they hate for people they can't stand because of any number of conditions - economic circumstances, family issues, health insurance, upside house, yada.
