Question: if all drugs were legal and all drugs were over the counter. Could an employer still refuse to hire and keep employed if selected drugs were found in pre-employment and random drug test?

I am not for legalization of currently illegal drugs. But if they were to be legalized I would want all drugs available to anyone over 18 without a prescription.

That video doesn't work very well. It runs for a few seconds and stops, starts again, runs
