I Am Afraid Many Will Be Disappointed and Surprised

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Gee explain then why after nearly 2 weeks they still have no power but have all the help they need. Seems as though you just can't stop drinking the koolaid can ya!
He has taking leave of his job to go and help out from handing out food to nursing the ill. Sure from Fla. you and your keyboard muscles feel fine.
Now go on your name calling rant like a 5 year old.

I was referring to the Jersey shore area, some STILL have no power as of this morning. But at least the FEMA workers got the day off from work.
Either you or your nephew is full of shit.
You typically are wrong yet again, I figure MM didn't say it so it can't be true, right?Amid growing fury over power outages that have lingered for more than a week, Gov. Chris Christie on Thursday said hundreds of thousands of people knocked off the grid by Hurricane Sandy should be restored no later than Sunday.
You have one chickenchit crew from Decatur, Alabama, Decatur Utilities, that went up to Virginia, spent a few days, and turned around and came home without helping anyone.

To save face, they blamed the union, made claims about a letter that they don't have, can't produce, and no one sent, and then did a cut and run.

Make excuses, provide no evidence, blame someone else for your mistakes, and then cut and run. You probably could get a job there. Hell, they'd probably make you president.

Meanwhile, back in reality, Seaside Heights, which had non-union crews making repairs, turned away crews because they already had more crews than they could handle. The other crews that were "turned away" -- including some union crews -- simply went to other sites where they were needed.

The two companies originally mentioned -- one, a union company -- were never even in New Jersey and never heard a word about union or non-union. New Jersey Ledger

Surely the Unions would never ever LIE to save face would they, you would know for sure!

Thorn chugs the Kool Aid again. Wonder who he'll blame before he runs away.

Why I didn't hear anyone on a name calling rant like a 5 year old. Maybe a drunk one here and there, maybe that's his problem.

Yeah, truly incredible how some nutjobs seem to want to cling to tales of fantastic fakery and stupidity. Had I not witnessed it myself, I would not believe it.

Read the article, dumbass. There are non-union and union crews working side-by-side. The only single, solitary crew who claims this is one who sat around for three days and drove home. The city of Seaside Heights says they're full of it. Even that single, solitary crew says they weren't sent away. They just claim there was a letter that they can't produce. Kind of like your "As has been proved" when it hasn't.

Then, like you, they cut and run and go hide.
