It's been openly discussed that there are some for years (I was one before I voluntarily relinquished), mostly for dealing with spammers when he's not around. What banni does say is, "Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic," meaning that it's not moderated by him or anyone else for content other than pathetic real world threats like Mr.B's and years ago for near doxing by a couple of lefties.
