Your lame excuse is that you never heard that he was acquitted and that you never heard about his civil court loss years later because you weren't "in the U.S. at the time?" Okaaaaay.![]()

That's my excuse. I never get all wrapped up in some silly horseshit news and stay glued to the TV at all hours. You really ought to get a life.

Got it, rather than being man enough to admit that you screwed up you're going with never, ever having heard of the acquittal in one of the trials of the century. Do you even realize how pitiful you are? Let's go with that, though. Why are you even commenting on a topic that you're so utterly ignorant about? That's just dumb.
This is why the majority of your post aren't worth opening - you're a sniveling, immature coward when you flub the facts.

Didn't say I never heard of it, stupid ass. I didn't get myself all wrapped up in the "trial of the century". Mattered not to me who killed who or who stole what from who. What's it to you what I'm commenting on? I replied to k9nanny's post. If you didn't like what I posted, tough shit, you fucking, sniveling, fag-loving moron, don't read it. Re: The LEO thread
This is what is needed in the U.S.A.
A quick execution was too kind for this piece of human filth. Should have turned him over to the crowd
SANAA — A man convicted of raping and murdering a three-year-old girl was executed in the Yemeni capital Sanaa on Monday in front of hundreds of onlookers, witnesses said.
A policeman fired five bullets from an assault rifle into Muhammad al-Maghrabi, 41, as he lay with his hands handcuffed behind his back on a blanket on the ground in Sanaa’s Tahrir Square, after a judge read out the death sentence.
The execution drew an unusually large number of onlookers — some perched up telegraph poles and many watching from rooftops — because of the young age of Rana al-Matari, the victim.
Security was tight amid fears of a revenge attack on Maghrabi by armed tribesmen related to his victim. The police truck transporting Maghrabi to the square was escorted by five police patrol vehicles.

What do you mean? Maybe he should have been patted on the back, given an apple, and told to not rape and kill another little girl? Your saying the little girl had no rights? Perhaps you should stick to waiting for another Cubs win; if you can live for 108 years, Boy.

Re: The LEO thread
Non-answer from Tillis (R-NC), but good to see Paul doing the right thing.Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about the Asset Forfeiture Program. I appreciate hearing from you.
On March 15, 2017, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) introduced S. 642, the Fifth Amendment Integrity Restoration (FAIR) Act of 2017. If enacted, S. 642 would amend the United States Criminal Code to increase the federal government’s burden of proof in civil forfeiture proceedings. Specifically, the government would have to show, by clear and convincing evidence, that the forfeited assets bear a substantial connection with the criminal offense committed.
I recognize that asset forfeiture laws are not perfect. It is critical that the process be evaluated to ensure forfeitures are administered legally. As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I will be involved in any civil asset forfeiture reform discussions taken up this Congress. Please know that when these issues come before the Judiciary Committee and the full Senate, I will keep your views in mind.
Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me. Please do not hesitate to contact me again about other important issues.
Sincerely,
Thom Tillis
U.S. Senator

It's our money.
Note: Fill in your details. You'll then be directed to the petition page that you can read and either send or not.Lift the veil of secrecy for private prisons (petition to US Senators)
As the Trump Administration gears up to increase incarceration rates, more people will be locked up in prisons run for profit. Those prisons hold themselves exempt from the Freedom of Information Act. It's time to close that loophole now. Support the Private Prison Information Act of 2017

Nurse screams for help as she is arrested for saying she can't draw blood from unconscious patient
The law breaking cop also endangered the other patients in the ED that was suddenly short staffed. That could have been me. At the least she's gonna get a nice fully paid for vacation out of the settlement or lawsuit.

FYI, there is "implied consent" for us to diagnose and treat unconscious patients, but not to do involuntary evidence collection for the cops. In other words, the ER rapidly knew what was impairing the driver, just not with the chain of evidence requirements that are needed for trial. To: Alex Wubbels, RN

Dear Ms. Wubbels,
You are my hero. That could have been me. I've also refused to draw blood when a patient was obviously too impaired to give informed consent. However, those cops were better, they rapidly got a warrant. Thank you for putting patients, policy and the law ahead of abusive police demands.

Trump Makes It Easier For Local Police To Get Pentagon's Surplus Gear
Our communities aren’t war zones. Military equipment has no place in local law enforcement.
Petition to Congress:
The militarization of local police is a serious and deadly issue. Grenade launchers, tanks, and other equipment built for combat zones have no place in local law enforcement to be used against civilians. We demand you put an end to the 1033 program, which sends military-grade equipment to local police forces.

SOP in fatality and other serious crashes? An attempt to limit any cop liability if, say, the victim smoked a joint a month beforehand?
Video shows Utah nurse screaming, being handcuffed after refusing to take blood from unconscious victim
After confrontation with nurse at Utah hospital, detective — who also worked as paramedic — said on camera he’d ‘bring them all the transients’
He should lose both jobs, we'll see.

So the deppity was hoping to find alcohol to use as a cover for the crash the cops caused.
Do you know why they were chasing the soon to be dead guy
