Biblical exegesis?

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Biblical exegesis?

Unread post by billy.pilgrim »

The voters in the state of Washington approved in this last election a legal marijuana bill and a same sex marriage bill.

It all makes sense now. Gay marriage & marijuana being legalized on the same day!

Leviticus 20:13: "If a man lies with another man he should be stoned."

We were just interpreting it wrong. thanks washington for your insightfulness

Let a con post a joke, or say that a post is a joke and see how far that goes.

My comment had nothing to do with what I said about my grandpa. You're in the wrong thread, as usual.

Don't you ever proofread?

proofread (ˈpruːfˌriːd)
— vb , -reads , -reading , -read
to read (copy or printer's proofs) to detect and mark errors to be corrected.

Done. This con posted the same joke on Sunday.

Results: One person liked it. No-one disliked it.

The most serious doubt thrown on the authenticity of biblical miracles is the fact that most of the witnesses were fishermen.

Yes, it's worth repeating, especially to irritate certain friends and relatives.
