 I was going to post this last Sat, but got distracted and forgot.
Now #8 Oregon 45 vs then #9 UCLA 30:
Bo Nix: 22/28, 283 YDS, 10.1 AVG/ATT, 5 TD!, 0 INT!, 96.3 QBR, 0 Sacks!

Ouch. What O Really says.
Blufield refused to take advice about Bo from Bo's qb Dad and essentially ran Bo off.

His running off these other players will harm Auburn's future after this PoS is long gone. I don't understand not firing him immediately. If they were waiting for Cause, this is it.
Guessing: Poor coaching decisions don't constitute Cause. If not, the question is whether Auburn Athletics can afford another buyout.
Not sure how much more "cause" is needed when the asshole is trying to destroy future Teams.

He should have been fired, cause or not, the minute this bullshit was confirmed.

"Of Auburn's 18 signees in the 2021 recruiting class, nine have already left the program, including five of the top ten. Some transferred in the 2021 offseason, with Dematrius Davis (Alabama State), Hal Presley (Baylor), Lee Hunter (UCF), Ian Matthews (Missouri), Ro Torrence (Arizona State), and Kamal Hadden (Tennessee) all finding new homes for the 2022 season. Defensive lineman Marquis Robinson entered the transfer portal in January of 2022, only to withdraw in April and remain with the Tigers. Cornerback AD Diamond, a freshman from Mobile, has not officially made an announcement but is not currently listed on Auburn's online roster as of Tuesday night.

According to the source close to the Auburn football program, Harsin was refusing to allow players to request a redshirt without a medical reason for not playing. It was being referred to as "you play or you go", forcing players to prematurely give up on their 2022 season in order to not lose a season of eligibility."

Redshirting can be used for injury, etc., but I think it's more commonly used for a player with potential, but who won't get much if any playing time early on. So if there are top players requesting to sit out a year (probably hoping that Coach Blufield will be gone by next year), I could see Blufield would be angry, and maybe even denying the redshirt without medical reason may be, in this crazy world, reasonable. But reasonable or not, it is clearly spiteful and not in the interest of the team or the schools long term football program. Fire his ass. Do it today WDE

Opps, almost forgot again.
Bo Nix:
27/35, 412 YDS! 3 TD! 2 INT, 86.7 QBR
12 CAR, 59 YDS, 3 TD! 18 long
Bo Nix accounts for six touchdowns in Oregon Ducks' victory

Oregon extended its winning streak to seven games and quarterback Bo Nix's performance put him in select company in the Ducks' 42-24 win over Cal.

The Auburn transfer became just the third FBS quarterback in the past 10 years to throw for at least 400 yards (412), throw three touchdowns and rush for three scores in the same game, joining Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins (2018) and Iowa State's Brock Purdy (2019). Oregon added 174 yards on the ground to pile up 586 yards.
"Auburn transfer" :P
... Nix completed 27 of 35 passes and ran for 59 yards on 12 carries. He was picked off twice, but one came on a Hail Mary to end the first half and the other bounced off his intended receiver....

Regardless, the win stands as Oregon's seventh straight since opening the season with a loss to Georgia, during which it has scored at least 41 points in every game. The Ducks' 42 points against Cal was the fewest they have scored in a Pac-12 contest this year, though their production has been consistent throughout....

Bo wanted to stay at Auburn, but he couldn't play for Blufield Boise. He's finally opening up about why he left.

We signed our new AD today. Hopefully he realizes that not having a head coach I'd better than having this moron.

Boise State is 6-2, 5-0 and 1st in the MWC Mountain Division by 2 games. They won't want him.

Hmm, was he hired with the directive to fire and buyout Blufield, or will that be too radical for a new AD? We should know within a couple of weeks. Maybe longer since this year is shot, and maybe longer if Deion is the man but doesn't want to abandon Jackson State during such a great season (8-0, 5-0 SWAC).

4 games left, including @#7 Weber State and @#2 Montana State. With Big Sky Conference losses to #3 Sacramento State and #23 Idaho, and with Montana State and Sacramento State unbeaten in the conference, the automatic conference bid to the playoffs may be out of reach. However, there are 11 automatic bids and 24 slots, so an at-large bid is definitely still in play.

AP Top 25

#1 - #8 remain unchanged except that #3 TN moved into a #2 tie with OH St.
8 Oregon 7-1
9 USC 7-1, up1
10 UCLA 7-1, up 2
11 Ole Miss 8-1, up4 after beating TAMU

Pretty solid Pac-12 bloc. Some will fall off or move up as they play each other, but they'll all probably have to settle for watching the Playoffs on TV.
13 Kansas State 6-2, up9 after trouncing OK St

16 Penn State 6-2, down3
17 North Carolina 7-1, up4
18 Oklahoma State 6-2, down9
19 Tulane 7-1, up4
20 Wake Forest 6-2, down10 after getting stomped by Louisville, ouch
21 NC State 6-2, up3
22 Syracuse 6-2, down6 after the ND loss
23 Liberty 7-1 :puke-left:
24 Oregon State 6-2
25 UCF 6-2, billy.pilgrim's bane :P

(28) Maryland

(31) Washington

(38) Boise State 4 votes :P :P :P :P
