Their 12th man was having the student's section behind the visitors bench so they could drown out coaches talking to their players. That's all it was. Nothing to do with team spirit, just a cheap shot.

I'm surprised you missed all their whining and threats in leave the sec when they found out it wouldn't be allowed.

Every team can have Mo as a 12th man, but neither spirit or MO was theirs.

The sec has almost stopped the illegal noise maker use by State after the team's line up with fines. Stopping it is going to require on field penalties.

Artificial noisemakers have never been allowed in sec, but somehow, probably pre-rule, miss state has had the cowbells but aren't allowed to ring them when the teams line up. The sound is completely deafening.
We almost lost to them in 2010 because they just did it anyway because of Cam.
If we had lost that game, no NC and loss of millions. They were fined $5,000.
We'll see what happens tonight.
