Friday Night

It's Friday night and nothings going on.

Looks like rain tomorrow guys. :(. No sunshine to be had yet again.

Time to crack open some beers and jam out to some music.

We've reached a critical point in beer volume here in the upstate neoplacebo. Supplies are dwindling fast, yet the Friday night mass must go on.

Not for me. By Friday night I'll be in south Florida where WeatherBug thinks it's going to be 82 and partly cloudy. Partly cloudy in Florida I can live with.

It's basically Friday already, even though it's Monday. Two weekends in one week holy hell I've hit the jackpot.

Allow me to say... "Yum"..

It takes about 2-4 weeks for a bottle conditioned beer to become carbonated.. We carefully poured one of each last weekend and they were really quite excellent..though not completely carbonated. This weekend should be even better..

Fresh applies equally to beer as to bread..
