..."settled over these allegations" doesn't imply that Calvin C. Jackson was "cleared of wrongdoing."

Google would be violating the court order if they don't remove your post from this forum, and preventing you from posting about Calvin C. Jackson in the future. On any other forum too. And doing the same for those of us in other countries.
