Anyhow, after watching the video a few times, I've concluded it's staged entertainment by either the Astros or the stadium, nttawwt.
The first security guard is wearing a radio and is dressed in a manner that eludes to a security guard; whereas the second guard has no additional hardware. He pushes the mascot out of his way, then "cuts the rug" with no expression whatsoever. Oh well, still funny!

I always liked Leo Sayer's song "Long Tall Glasses" in which he thinks he can't dance but discovers he actually can. Funny song.
