No, you're not a flasher if nobody's watching; you're a flasher if somebody is watching. Where I live, I can go out on my private dock in all my glorious put-togethers and fish 'til my heart's content. If someone should see me, I'm certain they'd run like hell in the other direction!

Yeppers. "flashing" is an action intending to attract attention, exposing breasts or genitals, although if the ass is exposed, it's "mooning" not flashing. A person running naked in front of a crowd is "streaking." A person running naked through the woods, with no reasonable expectation of being watched, is not flashing, nor is s/he streaking. Someone watching that person run through the woods is a voyeur. Somebody hiding to watch that person run through the woods is a peeping tom. Seth is apparently a bit uptight about body exposure.
