I tend to think they will just lie about it; no need to classify it.....that only makes it official. The only possible reactions trump or his family can be expected to exhibit are: lie about it, whine about it, or brag about it.

"Lie about it" is what they do, no matter what "it" is. But hiding it would get more difficult if somebody gets seriously ill. We can keep hoping.
