It's called Skycool, and it utilizes nanotechnology to produce reflective films that can drastically cut power consumption by conventional air conditioning systems.

I think the attached video states there's a 40 degree F reduction in temperature using the Skycool technology.

As the planet is expected to continue heating up, this could be a very welcome advancement.
