Still hate Hillary? Get over it: She was right about Trump then — and she's right now
Her opinion about 45SHOLE and his Trumpettes was/is not unique, then or now. Many of us just felt, accurately as it turned out, that Hillary was not the best possible candidate to deliver that message.

Things have just generally gone to hell over the past five years or so. Hillary often sneaks off to a remote rustic shack in northern Montana that George Soros built after losing a bet. This place is where eight out of ten missing kids end up on a plate and then in a soft white belly. Not even Qanon nuts have twigged to it yet. Terrible

Trump: “We had the safest border in the history of our country - or at least recorded history. I guess maybe a thousand years ago it was even better.”

I voted for Hillary. I think her defeat in '16 had as much to do with the American tendency to reject the party of the previous president every four to eight years as anything else. Oh yeah, and Trump did manage to get a lot of voters to accept his false narrative. If Hillary had a problem, it was her tendency to come across as a bit too smug. There is also the American tendency to be wary of creating a presidential dynasty. But I think she would have made a phenomenal president. And Trump wrote the book on smug. Hillary would have handled the pandemic much much better than TFG. We'll be paying off the huge deficit Trump's policies created for many years to come.

Yes, that's what Leo Lyons did, but I take issue with characterizing her as prescient or all that were leery of her as being naive. It's not like Dolt .45 was so special that he would have beaten any Dem. Despite Useless' fawning adoration, some anti-Hillary voters (I wasn't one) had good reasons for it.billy.pilgrim wrote: ↑Mon Nov 08, 2021 7:45 pmWhat did I miss?
