O Really wrote:(sigh) That would be correct if the words were written on private property. If she were offended, tough shit. What's so hard to understand, after court decision after court decision, that the government (including the government school), can't be preferential in religion?
Yeah, tough shit. We're heading to a politically correct, sterilized society where the least little thing that offends someone; and it did in this and every case that involves differing beliefs and opinions, is going to create a firestorm of protests.
This bitch would be offended no matter where the words were posted.
A queer can call himself and his kind a queer, a Black can call others Blacks a nigger, a Christian can speak of Christianity, but you let someone outside their tiny little minds utter those same words, and you're labeled homophobic, bigoted, racially offensive, or you're promoting "government-sponsored" religion.
Before long, Americans will wander aimlessly with their arms dangling at their sides, their eyes staring blankly at nothingness, and their mouths will be sealed shut
out of fear of offending someone with their words. All buildings will be painted inside a stark white, and the only words read on signs will those advertising queer parades
and advertising for drugs, birth control products, or the location of the nearest abortion clinic.
Those court decisions were based on someone being "offended". (sigh)
