Up Yours Joe Biden.

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Biden “floated the idea that media and entertainment that portray violence should be subject to a special tax, with the proceeds going to help victims and their families” and said that “there’s no legal reason why they couldn’t” tax companies who make violent video games.

> media and entertainment that portray violence

Obviously that would include movies and TV. What about newscasts?

Would Biden select song by song which have violent lyrics? Or even without lyrics, how would he classify the 1812 Overture? It's about war, complete with cannon-fire.

Would there be a religious exemption? The Bible portrays a great deal of violence, as do movies based on it. If so, then what about violent video games based within Biblical stories?

What about live performances? Does a Shakespearean play ALWAYS get taxed? Or only if they used microphones and amplifiers? Or when recorded and rebroadcast?

Does a hockey game get taxed the moment someone gets checked into the boards? Does a football game get taxed when someone gets tackled?

Are PacMan and Asteroids violent video games? If not, where is the line drawn?

Would the use of a crash test dummy in Mythbusters be considered violence?

Would it be considered violence if Joe Biden was used in a crash test? He's got the dummy part nailed down.

Biden has been known before to speak first and think after, or not.

And should the teabagger ignoranti realize their fondest dream of impeaching Obama right out of the White House . . . .
People are crazy and times are strange. I'm locked in tight, I'm out of range.
I used to care, but, things have changed.

Problem is, they didn't learn anything about the impeachment process back when they tried to get Clinton. You can't impeach a President just because you disagree with his actions or those of government departments. And even if you do, there's that little matter of "removal" that occurs (or doesn't) through the Senate. These people are truly and willfully ignorant and some, if not all, are stupid.
