So what are your favorite websites? Where do you get your news?
I mainly added http://news.blueridgedebate.com for my own use, thought it might be useful in general for anyone. It just takes RSS feeds from multiple websites and consolidates them into one page and updates them every 20 minutes or so.
I'm open to adding any websites yall find interesting and visit a lot....

Re: http://news.blueridgedebate.com
Seriously, banni?
I stick with Daily Kos ( http://www.dailykos.com/ ) - among others - and watch a lot of rt.com ( http://rt.com/on-air/rt-america-air/ ) and msnbc just to get the news as presented by the media in general.
I already know the less informed watch Fox "News" and read the Blaze as well as listening to Rush.
Still, interesting topic. Thanks!
If this was supposed to be about local news only ... sorry ...

Yup, I already have daily kos, and I believe media matters. People must not be web surfers like I am :> I figured I'd get some obscure less well know websites that might be new to me.
I visited crooksandliars.com for the longest time, and then I seem to have forgotten about it and only recently rediscovered it they have some good articles.

I like Utne Reader http://www.utne.com/archives/current-is ... z2h8W5AtQK
And of course, The Nation.. http://www.thenation.com/
Most of my magazine type reading comes via "Flip." Way easier than browsing.

Re: http://news.blueridgedebate.com
I have Yahoo news as home page, generally catch the ABC evening local and national news on tv, sometimes watch Fox and MSNBC. But for obscure and generally irrelevant news, I enjoy reading the scrawls on the walls of the bathroom stall at Ingle's.

Thanks for the welcome back and new places to visit on the web.
I have far too many to mention as it is but I always have room for more education.
