Maybe he's about to file bankruptcy again; I've read somewhere that in FL you can keep your house if you go bankrupt. I don't see that it makes any difference where he claims "domicile." He's long had a residence and presence in Palm Beach anyway. Besides, most people living in Florida moved there from somewhere else, so it's not like he's automatically going to get some "favorite son" benefit or people will be thinking, "oh, now that he's a real Florida Man, I'll ignore what a totally miserable human being he is and vote for him."
