Going to church is fine for the fellowship but I'm guessing God is just as happy when people pray at home.
My pastor is an intelligent man with good sense. He tells his congregation (via Facebook) NOT to ignore the advice of medical and scientific experts. So sad that some other pastors are spreading harmful messages.
These next 2/3 weeks coming after Easter will tells us a lot about the choices many pastors and priests and their followers made.
I'm not a religious person, but I have a dear friend who is Quaker, and worshipping in fellowship is done alone. She is no farther or nearer to God than people who still want to pack a church during a pandemic, and she and her family are safe and healthy.
1 FAT CAN's faith is so shaky that s/he thinks it requires others to see her/his religiosity.Sad, but there will be many more stories like this.
