A Florida Man...

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

With any luck Matt will accidentally knock over one of the Hell's Angels bikes causing a chain reaction of other bikes to fall over causing Matt to be chain whipped in a savage frenzy by Angels who have a fine contempt for clean cut knotheads like him.

Might be even worse for him:
Trump's business appears to have cut Matt Gaetz a RNC hotel discount that went unreported to the FEC

The campaign to re-elect Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., a reliable ally of President Donald Trump, appears to have received a deep discount on lodging at Trump International Hotel in Washington during the Republican National Convention in August, federal records show. Such a discount would violate federal election law barring corporations from contributing directly to campaigns, according to campaign finance experts....
Might be time to put up your "I told you so!" yard sign, billy.pilgrim.

there's a full size billboard on the way to the trump/gaetz event in Pensacola tonight.

Heheh, it has a big arrow pointing the way and says,

Trump Covid-19

Superspreader Event
Trump: “We had the safest border in the history of our country - or at least recorded history. I guess maybe a thousand years ago it was even better.”

The billboard is going up before all of trump's events.
Seems that trump pissed off a former trump supporting farmer.

Florida Man grabs cash from woman, says he'll die before giving it back, then eats it. He's more money hungry than any greedy corporate Wall Street tycoon.

A Florida man was scalped by a black panther after he paid $150 for an illegal 'full contact' experience at a backyard animal sanctuary

In hindsight the Halloween impala costume was probably a bad idea.
And to think, these people can vote and make babies.

. . . and drive and buy guns.

2 Lava 2 Lantula!

It's even a sequel!
A man walks off the set of his latest blockbuster movie to save his stepdaughter and the rest of Florida from the fiery havoc a newly awakened nest of lavalantulas are wreaking in the Sunshine State.
I may surf to it for the laughs.

Didn't some Vegas guy do pretty much the same on stage?

And the man who thought the bears were his furry friends.

And then there's New Yorker Jr.

Correction: I said 1.1 million Florida voters disenfranchised by trump's SC wingers. It was 1.4 million.

Biden would have won Florida.

Boy howdy! Does Matt really have the "hoax" virus? Shit, does this mean he really won't ever love another president because he's gonna die?

Not the virus, now.
Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, a fierce Trump ally, tests positive for COVID-19 antibodies

... The outspoken Trump ally from the Florida Panhandle, who cruised to a third term Tuesday, told USA TODAY Saturday morning that he has tested “positive for antibodies” though not the live virus.

In a series of texts, Gaetz wrote that he has “no symptoms.” He said he has no plans to quarantine and does not know where he picked up the antibodies....
One does not pick up antibodies. Moron.

People are seriously creeped by this weird photo of Matt Gaetz nestling Kimberly Guilfoyle’s bosom

More disgusted and mocking tweets at link.

DeSantis has gone completely off the rez/leash. Yo billy.p - you ready to move yet? Hell, at this point you'd even be better off in Alabama.

Yeah, I've been following this crap.

I'm almost hoping that somewhere somehow someone is going to go all Stand Your Ground against the people who have pushed this crap on us.

Is someone within their rights, in one of these states that promotes running over groups of 3 or more people if they feel threatened, to mow down groups of 3 scary people walking across roadways when leaving MAGAt rallies?

Laws that have worse unintended consequences than possible benefits are such bullshit, but are becoming ever more popular.

Bet y'all wish you had a really good governor too.

https://miami.cbslocal.com/2020/12/07/f ... th-public/

"in the weeks leading up to the election, we essentially discovered that the DeSantis administration had ordered public health officials not to discuss the COVID-19 virus with the public. So no press releases about COVID-19 were coming out from the Florida Department of Health. And the Florida Department of Health’s messaging to the public shifted remarkably online. The term that we kept hearing again and again for this was “blue sky” messaging, in the lead up to the election.

Q: Tell us about blue sky messaging. What does that mean?

A: Well, it’s almost a directive to talk about anything other than the virus itself. “Go get your flu shot. Watch out, it’s radon season. Make sure that you get your yearly checkup, or that you’re, you know, doing all of the other health things that you should be doing.” But the Florida Department of Health, which is the main public health agency in the state, wasn’t talking about the pandemic, it wasn’t talking about COVID-19. It was talking about everything else."

Simple; it's the "get dat money" syndrome. If you happen to get dat money under a blue sky, well, that's just a bonus.
